By utilizing advanced bipolar plasma technology, the electrical current is confined entirely between the active and return nodes of the loop electrode. This breakthrough eliminates the need for non-conductive irrigation fluid, allowing clinical teams to use safe Normal Saline (0.9% NaCl) solution. This completely removes the risk of TUR Syndrome (hyponatremia or water intoxication), safeguarding the patient during extended operative sessions.
