Vivistar International’s Schultze Salpingograph HSG Set is a specialized medical instrument system used in Hysterosalpingography (HSG) — an X-ray diagnostic procedure for imaging the female reproductive tract, specifically the Uterine Cavity & Fallopian tubes.
Components of the Set:
Uterine Cannula — slender metal instrument inserted into the cervical canal for introducing contrast medium.
Sealing Cones / Portio Adaptors (usually three sizes: small, medium, large) — screw-on tips that create a firm seal at the cervical opening to prevent backflow of contrast media.
